Workplaces are at risk of losing a generation of women leaders

Research found that women spend 200 extra hours per year on non-promotable task as their male peers, such as resolving disputes between co-workers, answering questions from new employees and fetching coffees. This campaign is to resolve that by recognising the work that women do in quantifiable ways. This will help to reduce bias and narrow the promotion and pay gap.
