This organisation campaigns for the employment rights of pregnant women and mothers to avoid the 'motherhood penalty'. Childcare costs in Britain mean that women often quit work to care for their children but this impacts female earnings in the long-run as women do not gain promotions, develop professional skills or contribute to their pensions.
