How to mitigate confidence erosion for women in work campaign

This social media campaign promotes research done to avoid the build up of micro-aggressions in the workplace that lead to women's spirit and confidence being drained in their careers. For every 100 men that are promoted, only 87 women are promoted, and that drops to 82 women of colour. The research shows the systemic biases causing confidence erosion in women and how to avoid them to create a more euitable future.
