This group published international feminist news, such as women's protests in Ireland against the inhumane treatment of female political prisoners. Women Against Imperialism staged multiple protests, despite being met with police brutality, singing 'the women's army is marching'. From Ireland to India, where rape was used as a tactic to oppress lower caste communities, this archive is kept publically available to show how women's rights have progressed and to represent the women who fought for the advances we benefit from today.
