Let’s all be part of the change. Everyone can do something to challenge the abuse of women and girls. This website talks about abuse towards women and girls, but the support offered here is available to all victims. Whatever form it takes, abuse is never justified. Any behaviour that demeans, frightens or distresses is abuse. It has to stop.
